Gamio Apps ("we", "us", "our") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page informs you about how we handle personal data when you use our website at gamio.app and the products linked from it.

Email: support@gamio.app
For our full legal details, see our Imprint.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect only the data that is technically necessary or that you actively provide to us:
- Usage data — page views, session duration, device type, operating system, browser type, approximate geographic location (country/city level), and anonymised IP address. This is collected automatically when you visit our website via Firebase Analytics.
- Contact data — if you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
We do not collect names, payment information, or any sensitive personal data via this website.
3. Firebase Analytics (Google)
Our website uses Firebase Analytics, a web analytics service operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Firebase Analytics uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect anonymised usage statistics.
The information generated (including a truncated version of your IP address) is transmitted to and stored on Google servers, which may be located in the United States. Google uses this data to evaluate how the website is used and to provide activity reports.
Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in understanding how our site is used so we can improve it (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).
4. Cookies
Firebase Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and track sessions. These are analytics cookies — they do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not prevent you from using the site, but some analytics functionality will be unavailable.
5. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months on Google's servers, after which it is automatically deleted.
Email correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for any follow-up, and is then deleted.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website contains links to external services (Google Play, App Store, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram). When you follow these links, you leave our website and their respective privacy policies apply. We have no control over the data processing by third parties.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are based in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data where there is no overriding legitimate reason to retain it.
- Right to restriction — you may ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).
- Right to data portability — where processing is based on consent or contract, you may request a machine-readable copy of your data.
- Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in your country of residence.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@gamio.app.
8. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this data protection notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
